1. Shipping charges

The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 working days) of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
- Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a few extra days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays can happen because of weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues beyond our control.
3. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number by SMS / email / WhatsApp. You can also see the status in My Account → Orders.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before dispatch. Refusing a COD order at delivery without a valid reason may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.
5. Address and delivery attempts
- Please enter a complete address with landmark, PIN code and a working phone number.
- The courier will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is returned because the address was wrong or no one was available, re-shipping charges may apply.
- We currently ship only within India.
6. Damaged or tampered parcel
If the package looks damaged or opened, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for replacement and refund.
